Come join Create Dinners and Dolce Vita for an afternoon of community and craft! We’re thrilled to be hosting a basket weaving workshop with Erin Pollard of Underwater Weaving at Brooklyn Grange in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

Event Date: June 15, 2024

Event Location: Brooklyn Grange, Navy Yard (entrance instructions will be sent prior to the event)

Event Time: 11AM - 2PM

This two-hour workshop will begin with Italian summer-inspired beverages and lush farm-to-table bites. Then Erin Pollard of Underwater Weaving will lead a basket weaving workshop where attendees will learn to weave their own onion basket under her guidance. Throughout the workshop, we’ll be offering mini farm tours, giving guests an up-close look at the Brooklyn Grange’s farming practices, produce, and florals.

In addition to their one-of-a-kind basket, all guests will receive a beautiful pair of Dolce Vita shoes, allowing for an easy step into summer! All attendees will have the opportunity to have their portrait taken with their completed creation and look.
